Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flyeri app and services ("Flyeri"). By creating an account or using Flyeri, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Flyeri.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Flyeri. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity on your account. Provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time in the app or at flyeri.app.
3. Community rules and user content
Flyeri lets you create a profile and message other travellers. You are responsible for the content you share. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You may not post or send content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, and you may not impersonate others or spam.
4. Safety, moderation, and enforcement
You can block and report users or content from within the app. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or permanently remove users who violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of a valid report. We may take action at our discretion to keep the community safe.
5. Flyeri Pro subscriptions
- Flyeri Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered at $2.99 / month or $19.99 / year (local pricing and currency may vary and is shown in the app before purchase).
- Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings after purchase.
- Where required, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
6. Free and paid features
Some features are free; others require Flyeri Pro. We may change the features included in each tier, with notice where required.
7. Disclaimers
Flyeri helps people connect but does not conduct background checks and does not guarantee the conduct or identity of any user. Meet and interact with others responsibly. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flyeri is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Flyeri and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
